NAME YOUR TUNE CDS:

What age is the Name Your Tune CD best suited for?
Name Your Tune CDs are great for newborn babies, toddlers and children age 5.  It’s never too early to introduce music to babies and Name Your Tune CDs are a great start to building a music collection.  Children will enjoy Name Your Tune CDs equally, yet differently, at different stages in their development.  Babies will enjoy the music and interaction of the songs and will start to identify themselves in the songs, while toddlers and preschoolers will love that these songs are all about them.


Do you have my child’s name recorded?
Have a look through our lists of names currently available. We have more than 5000 names recorded for the original Name Your Tune CD (list of names) (list of names) and more than 3000 names recorded for Name Your Tune 2 (list of names) (list of names).  We do not have plans to be in the recording studio in the near future and cannot accept orders for Name Your Tune CDs for names that are not currently on our list of available names.


I don’t see the name I’m looking for on the list of names?
Consider the way that the name is spelled. There are so many ways to spell so many of the names that we have recorded so look for alternate spellings. The name Michaela might appear on our list as Mikayla or Makayla.


What about spelling?
We make every Name Your Tune CD to order and we print the name on the label exactly as you want it.  Name Your Tune is personalized just for you.


How do I get the pronunciation I want?
Just as there are so many spellings, there are so many pronunciations.  We have multiple pronunciations recorded for many names.  We have both Julianna and Julionna, for example.  When you place your order there is a mandatory field to fill out about the pronunciation.  If we have any questions about the pronunciation of the name that you have requested, we’ll be in touch before we make your Name Your Tune CD.  More than anything – this is the part that we want to get right for you.


Can I have more than one name on a Name Your Tune CD?
We can include up to three names on Name Your Tune CD by alternating the songs among the names.  This is a great solution for a family to have one CD to enjoy in the car together without having to change the CD on the road.  We also can alternate between names like “Ben” and “Benjamin” or “Charles” and “Charlie” on a CD.


What about the message for the label?  Will it fit?
There is room on the label of the CD for a personal message from you to celebrate an occasion or to double as a notecard.  There line above the name needs to be no more than 24 characters and the line below the name needs to be no more than 36 characters.


Do you offer volume discounts?
Name Your Tune CDs are always priced to give you a discount when you order more than one CD at a time.  They are $20 each or 2 for $36 and $18 each after that.  If you are looking to use Name Your Tune CDs for lootbags or party favours please be in touch at info@nameyourtune.com and we’ll provide you with the details.


Do you have a fundraising program for my school or group?
We have fundraising programs in place for your school, group or organization.  Please contact us at info@nameyourtune.com to request information

I can’t add the Name Your Tune CD to my shopping cart.
Sorry you’re having a hard time.  This usually happens for one of two reasons.  You may have missed filling out the field for the pronunciation or the message that you’ve requested for the label is too long.  If you have done both of these steps and you’re still having a hard time, let us know and we’ll help you out.
How can I change something in my shopping cart?
To remove an item already in your shopping cart, set the quantity to 0 (zero) and click "update cart". From there you can go back and add it again.

The volume discount for purchasing more than one Name Your Tune CD is not appearing in my shopping cart.
The discount will be applied when you are ready to checkout.  Your Name Your Tune CDs will be priced at $20 each and the discount will appear in the “discount” at the checkout.


My coupon code is not working.
Your coupon code will be activated at the checkout. Make sure that you have entered your coupon code and then click “update cart” to activate it upon checkout. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Name Your Tune coupon codes are only applied to the product for which they were given. For example, coupon codes for Name Your Tune Volume 1 cannot be used for Name Your Tune Volume 2.

Can I ship to different addresses?
Yes, you can.  Use one address as the billing address and the other as the shipping address and please let us know in the comments section which gift should be shipped to which address.  If there are more than two addresses, please be in touch with us and we’ll take care of it for you.  We will contact you about additional shipping fees for multiple shipping destinations.


I am local, can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pick ups and will ship your order to you or to your recipient.


What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges are not possible except where there is a defect. We are constantly striving to provide the highest quality in both products and service. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any question or concerns.

Can you send my gift right to the recipient?
Yes!  We can ship your gift anywhere for you and we’ll send you the shipping notification so that you know that it’s on it’s way to them.  Don’t worry, we never enclose an invoice.
